command line scripts save time
May 10th, 2006 by RohanI’m a huge advocate of using command line utilities to automate mundane everyday tasks. One of them which I am forced to do daily is clear my SPAM folder in my gmail account.
I noticed a new version of the Perl CPAN module
Mail::WebMail::Gmail and I jumped at the opportunity. Just around 15 lines of Perl code, and I can now clear my SPAM folder quickly.
